How do I reset my password? ▾
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email and we'll send a secure reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I cancel my subscription? ▾
Log into your account, navigate to Settings → Billing, and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation.
Are refunds available? ▾
Token purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure, contact billing@flickblue.online within 30 days and our team will review your case.
How do I become a host / streamer? ▾
Click "Become a Host" on the homepage and complete the registration form. You'll need to pass age and identity verification. The process takes 1–2 business days. Once approved, you can start streaming immediately.
How do I report a stream or user? ▾
You can report any stream by clicking the flag icon on the stream page, or email safety@flickblue.online with details. For urgent safety concerns we respond within 1 hour, 24/7.
