FlickBlue Online Ltd ("FlickBlue", "we", "us", "our") operates the live webcam platform at flickblue.online. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through the Platform.

02 Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information collected automatically when you use the Platform.

Information you provide:

• Payment information: processed securely by third-party payment processors (we do not store full card details).

• Communications: messages, support tickets, and chat logs.
• Identity verification documents: for hosts, government-issued ID for age verification (handled per applicable law).

Information collected automatically:

• Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
• Usage data: pages viewed, streams watched, time spent, clicks, and interactions.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6).
• Log data: access times, referring URLs, error logs.
• Advertising interaction data: impressions, clicks, and ad-related engagement data collected by our third-party advertising partners (see Section 5).

03 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Safety & compliance: to verify ages, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

• Advertising: to enable the display of relevant advertisements through third-party ad networks. We share limited data with ad partners to facilitate ad serving (see Section 5).
• Legal: to enforce our Terms and Conditions and respond to lawful requests.

Our legal bases for processing include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent (where required).

04 Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: trusted third parties who assist us in operating the Platform (payment processors, hosting providers, CDN services, analytics tools) — bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Advertising partners: third-party ad networks, including ExoClick (ExoClick, S.L.), may receive technical information (such as IP address, device identifiers, and cookie data) for the purpose of serving and measuring advertisements. See Section 5 for details.
• Law enforcement: when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public. We may also be required to disclose Partner identity to courts or administrative authorities, particularly where content infringes third-party rights.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Other users: your public username and profile content are visible to other registered users as intended by the Platform's functionality.

05 Advertising Partners & ExoClick

5.1 About Our Advertising Partners

FlickBlue displays advertisements served by third-party ad networks. Our primary advertising partner is ExoClick (ExoClick, S.L.), an advertising platform that connects publishers and advertisers. ExoClick may serve ads on our Platform and, in doing so, may collect and process certain data about you.

5.2 Data Collected by ExoClick

When ads are served on our Platform, ExoClick's Ad Serving Platform may collect:

• Your IP address and approximate geographic location (geo-targeting).
• Device identifiers, browser type, and operating system.
• Impression and click data (how many times an ad was displayed or clicked).
• Cookie data and similar tracking identifiers placed on your browser by ExoClick's system.

ExoClick uses this data to serve, measure, and optimize advertising campaigns. ExoClick's statistics, including impressions, click-through rates, and eCPM (effective cost per mil), are managed exclusively through their Ad Serving Platform.

5.3 ExoClick's Privacy Policy

ExoClick operates its own privacy policy which governs how it collects and processes end-user data. We encourage you to review ExoClick's Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy to understand how they process your data.

5.4 GDPR & Data Processing Agreement

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), ExoClick processes your personal data as a data processor on behalf of publishers. Data transfers to countries outside the EEA are subject to appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, as outlined in ExoClick's Data Processing Agreement.

5.5 Consent for EU Users

By accepting advertising cookies, you acknowledge that ExoClick and other third-party advertisers may place cookies on your browser. You can link to ExoClick's Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy to learn more and to object to ExoClick's services.

5.6 Opting Out of Targeted Advertising

You can limit interest-based advertising through:

• Your browser settings (disabling third-party cookies).
• Industry opt-out tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI Opt-Out) or the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA Opt-Out).
• ExoClick's own opt-out mechanisms detailed in their Privacy Policy.

Please note that opting out of targeted advertising does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements — you will still see generic (non-targeted) ads.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Platform. These include:

07 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted to and from the Platform.
• AES-256 encryption for stored sensitive data.
• Regular security audits and penetration testing.
• Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to report any suspected security issues to security@flickblue.online.

08 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

• Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years for legal compliance.
• Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
• Identity verification documents for hosts are retained per applicable content regulations.
• Chat logs and usage data may be retained for up to 18 months.
• Advertising interaction data (impressions, clicks) processed by ExoClick is subject to ExoClick's own retention policies.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.

09 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

• Restriction: request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.

10 Children's Privacy

FlickBlue is strictly an adult platform (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. Neither our advertising partners, including ExoClick, are permitted to serve content or collect data targeting individuals under 18 years of age.

If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such data and terminate the relevant account.

If you believe a minor has accessed or attempted to access the Platform, please contact us immediately at safety@flickblue.online.

11 International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure that any such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.

Our advertising partner ExoClick may also transfer your data to technology service providers located in countries outside the EEA ("Third Countries"). ExoClick has implemented the appropriate confidentiality and data processing agreements required by applicable regulations to protect your privacy. 12 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
