01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FlickBlue ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the website located at flickblue.online ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FlickBlue Online Ltd. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform and must immediately cease all use.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least two (2) weeks before changes take effect where required by law.

02 Eligibility

The Platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must meet ALL of the following requirements to use FlickBlue:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to this type of content is prohibited by law.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not on any government-mandated list of prohibited or sanctioned individuals.
• You are not involved, directly or through third parties, in any activity constituting corruption, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal offense.

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. FlickBlue reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to terminate access if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

03 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to any third party. FlickBlue reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at its sole discretion.

04 User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any other user or streamer on the Platform.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or similar technology without written permission.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's services.
• Soliciting personal information from minors or any user without consent.
• Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing any content without express permission.
• Promoting or facilitating illegal activity of any kind.
• Attempting to solicit, extort, or blackmail hosts or users.
• Clicking on advertisements displayed on the Platform in a fraudulent, repetitive, or artificial manner, or using bots or other automated means to generate fraudulent ad clicks or impressions.
• Engaging in any form of ad fraud, including but not limited to artificially inflating impression or click counts on any advertising displayed on the Platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

05 Content Standards

FlickBlue hosts live-streamed adult content. All content on the Platform must comply with applicable laws and our Content Standards. The following content is absolutely prohibited:

• Any content involving minors — this is a zero-tolerance policy. We actively verify ages and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
• Non-consensual sexual content of any kind.
• Content depicting real violence, harm, or illegal activity.
• Content promoting hate speech, discrimination, or terrorism.
• Content involving paraphilia or scatological material.
• Content that targets children under eighteen (18) years old in any way.
• Any content that violates applicable laws in the jurisdictions we operate in.

FlickBlue employs automated and manual content moderation. All hosts are required to complete identity and age verification before broadcasting. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any user at our sole discretion.

Users who upload, post, transmit, or otherwise distribute prohibited content accept full legal liability for such actions. FlickBlue will cooperate with all lawful law enforcement requests regarding illegal content.

06 Advertising & Third-Party Ad Networks

6.1 Third-Party Advertising

FlickBlue displays advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including ExoClick (ExoClick, S.L.). By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Third-party advertisers and ad networks may place cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies on your browser when you view or interact with advertisements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
• FlickBlue is not responsible for the content of advertisements served by third-party networks. Advertisers are solely responsible for their advertising materials.
• If you encounter advertising material you believe is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates applicable standards, you may report it by contacting us at legal@flickblue.online.

6.2 Prohibited Advertising Interactions

You agree not to:

• Click on advertisements artificially or repeatedly, or use automated tools to generate clicks or impressions on any advertisement displayed on the Platform.
• Frame, redirect, or otherwise interfere with the delivery or measurement of advertisements.
• Use any device, technology, or method to artificially inflate ad metrics, including but not limited to auto-spawning browsers, running spiders, or automatic redirecting.

6.3 Advertiser Content Standards

Advertisements displayed on this Platform must not contain, and we take steps to ensure through our third-party ad partners that ads do not include:

• Any material involving minors in adult or sexual situations.
• Promotion of illegal products or services.
• Content promoting violence, racial intolerance, or hatred against any person or group.
• Promotion of fake documents, piracy, or unauthorized copyrighted content.
• Illegal investment advice or deceptive financial schemes.
• Any content targeting children under eighteen (18) years of age.

If you believe an advertisement displayed on our Platform violates these standards, please report it immediately to legal@flickblue.online and we will escalate the matter to our advertising partners.

6.4 Non-Solicitation of Advertising Partners

If you are a publisher, advertiser, or business partner of FlickBlue, you agree that during the term of your engagement with FlickBlue and for one (1) year following termination, you will not directly or indirectly solicit, circumvent, or do business with FlickBlue's third-party advertising network partners in a manner that bypasses or undermines FlickBlue's relationships with those partners.

6.5 Affiliate Disclosure

FlickBlue is an affiliate website. Some links on the Platform are affiliate links. If you click on an affiliate link and sign up or make a purchase, FlickBlue may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the FlickBlue Platform, including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, software, trademarks, and the "FlickBlue" brand name, are the intellectual property of FlickBlue Online Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant FlickBlue a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@flickblue.online. We will respond to valid DMCA or equivalent takedown notices promptly.

08 Payments & Refunds

Certain features of the Platform require payment, including premium memberships, token purchases, and tipping. By making any purchase, you agree to the following:

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. FlickBlue does not store your card details.
• All sales of tokens and virtual currency are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
• Chargebacks initiated without cause may result in permanent account suspension.

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact our support team at billing@flickblue.online within 30 days of the charge.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy details how we and our third-party advertising partners (including ExoClick) collect and process data, how cookies are used, and how you can exercise your rights under applicable data protection laws including the GDPR.

11 Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold FlickBlue, its officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Platform; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party's rights; or (iv) any content you submit to the Platform.

12 Termination

FlickBlue reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, including ad fraud.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or competent authorities.
• Voluntary account deletion by the user.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 11, and 13) shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlickBlue Online Ltd is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
